The U PLEX Human Leptin assay was designed to improve sensitivity compared to previous versions of MSD leptin assays. The measured concentrations of samples may not correlate between the U-PLEX Human Leptin Assay and previous MSD leptin assays. We recommend that users transitioning from previous MSD leptin assays carry out a standard concordance study. Please contact MSD Scientific Support for further information.
