The V-PLEX Aβ Peptide Panel 2 (6E10) Kit includes three biomarkers (Table 1) that are associated with neurodegenerative diseases. This panel uses an updated plate and read buffer to improve sustainability and consistency of these assays. The assays can be used for quantitative measurements in the sample types listed in the “Specifications” tab below and offer sensitivity limits (LLODs and LLOQs) in the sub- to low pg/mL range.
