- The U-PLEX Human GLP-1 (active) Assay has been developed with better sensitivity than our previous GLP-1 (active) assays and the calibrator has been anchored to an internal standard for sustainability. When comparing samples, the U-PLEX Human GLP-1 (active) Assay will report concentrations that are approximately 30% lower than the previous MSD Active GLP-1 (ver. 2) assay. Please contact MSD Scientific Support for further information.

GLP-1 (active) assay will cross-react with the GLP-1 (total) assay. We do not recommend multiplexing the GLP (active) assay with the GLP (total) assay on the same plate.
