S-PLEX is MSD’s ultrasensitive assay platform. It can dramatically improve the sensitivity of immunoassays, reducing the lower limit of detection (LLOD) by 10- to 1000-fold over other assay methods. The S-PLEX Proinflammatory Panel 1 (human) Kit includes nine biomarkers that are associated with the inflammation response and immune system regulation, as well as numerous other biological processes (Table 1). The assays can be used for quantitative measurements in the sample types listed in the “Specifications” tab below and offer detection limits in the fg/mL range.
