S-PLEX Proinflammatory Panel (mouse) Kits measure cytokines that are important in inflammatory response and immune system regulation. Built with S-PLEX technology, these assays are ultrasensitive, enabling you to reduce sample volume and conduct longitudinal studies with the same animal. These biomarkers (Table 1) are particularly valuable for evaluating immune modulation in disease models including autoimmunity, infectious disease, oncology, and inflammatory disorders.
