Cytokine Panel 2 (human) Kit Calibrator is a lyophilized blend of eight recombinant human proteins: IL-1RA, IL-3, IL-9, IL-17A/F, IL-17B, IL-17C, IL-17D, and TSLP. It is intended for use as an assay calibrator for MSD V-PLEX Cytokine Panel 2 (human) multiplex and associated singleplex assays, and custom V-PLEX multiplexes that measure any of the included proteins. The utility of this product has not been evaluated in other applications. Individual analyte concentrations are provided in the lot-specific certificates of analysis. All of these proteins except IL-17A/F, IL-17B, and IL-9 were expressed in E.coli. IL-9 was expressed in Sf21 insect cells. IL-17A/F and IL-17B were expressed in CHO cells.
