The Diluent Compatibility table on the R-PLEX datasheet lists the diluents that were used for testing the singleplex assay. We suggest that you start with these diluents when developing a singleplex. If you are multiplexing, you may want to try other diluents. For more information on commonly used MSD Diluent combinations, please refer to Table 10 in the U-PLEX Development Pack product insert or contact Scientific Support.
