The V-PLEX SARS-CoV-2 Panel 25 (IgG) Kit is a multiplex serology assay for antibodies to Spike antigens from variants of SARS-CoV-2. It includes antigens from Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omicron, including two BA.1 Spike antigens with extra mutations predicted to further evade neutralization. Panel 25 includes: A (WT), (B.1.1.7), (B.1.1.529; BA.1; B.1.15), (B.1.351), (B.1.617.2; AY.4) Alt Seq 2, (B.1.640.2), (BA.1+L452R), (BA.1+R346K; BA.1.1; BA.1.1.15), (BA.2; BA.2.1; BA.2.2; BA.2.3; BA.2.5; BA.2.6; BA.2.7; BA.2.8; BA.2.10; BA.2.10.1; BA.2.12), and (BA.3).
Note: Alternative S-GENE mutations for Spike of B.1.617.2 are listed as "Alt Seq #."
