The V-PLEX SARS-CoV-2 Panel 23 (ACE2) Kit is a multiplex assay for antibodies that block the binding of ACE2 to Spike antigens from variants of SARS-CoV-2, including the Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Omicron variants. Panel 23 has Spike antigens from the following lineages: A (WT), (AY.4.2), (B.1.1.529; BA.1; B.1.15), (B.1.1.7), (B.1.351), (B.1.617.2; AY.3; AY.5; AY.6; AY.7; AY.14) Alt Seq 1, (B.1.617.2; AY.4) Alt Seq 2, and (P.1).
Note: Alternative S-GENE mutations for Spike of B.1.617.2 are listed as "Alt Seq #."
