S-PLEX is MSD’s ultrasensitive assay platform. It can dramatically improve the sensitivity of immunoassays, reducing the lower limit of detection (LLOD) by 10- to 1000-fold over other assay methods. The S-PLEX Custom Human Biomarkers Kit enables customization of the S-PLEX Proinflammatory Panel 1 (human) Kit by choosing any subset of the panel’s assays. The assays can be used for quantitative measurements in the sample types listed in the “Specifications” tab below and offer detection limits in the fg/mL range.
