The Human TSLP Antibody is a SULFO-TAG conjugated detection antibody for TSLP. It is the same detection antibody that is in the V-PLEX Human TSLP Assay. Detection antibody is supplied as a 50X concentrated solution. Human TSLP is a hemopoietic cytokine that is similar in biological activity to IL-7. It plays an important role in the maturation of T-cells and is expressed primarily by the heart and liver. TSLP binds to a heterodimeric receptor consisting of IL-7Rα and TSLPR on myeloid cells inducing the release of T cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and enhancing the maturation of CD11c+ dendritic cells.
