Calibrator 29 is a lyophilized blend of ICOS-L/B7-H2, MMP-2, MMP-9, P-Selectin, RANTES, S100A12, TNF-RI, and TNF-RII. It is intended for use as an assay calibrator for MSD U-PLEX human assays that measure any of the included proteins. The utility of this product has not been evaluated in other applications. Individual analyte concentrations are provided in the lot-specific certificates of analysis. ICOS-L/B7-H2 was expressed in a human cell line; MMP-2, proMMP-9, P-Selectin, and RANTES were expressed in a hamster cell line; S100A12, TNF-RI, and TNF-RII were expressed in bacteria.
