Calibrator 16 is a frozen blend of 7 recombinant mouse proteins: BAFF, 6CKine/CCL21, CD40, BCA-1/BLC, IFN-β, MDC, and MCP-5/CCL12. It is intended for use as an assay calibrator for MSD U-PLEX mouse assays that measure any of the included analytes. The utility of this product has not been evaluated in other applications. Individual analyte concentrations are provided in the lot-specific certificates of analysis. 6CKine/CCL21, BCA-1/BLC, MDC, and MCP-5/CCL12 were expressed in E. coli. BAFF and CD40 were expressed in a mouse cell line; IFN-β was expressed in a human cell line.
